We offer programs for communities to learn and recreate in the outdoors.
Our mission is to provide therapeutic outdoor educational and recreational programs for under recognized communities to promote healthy lifestyles, and inspire a sense of responsibility to protect our planet for future generations.
All Are We Water Collective is a federally recognized non profit public charity currently offering free surfing programs for girls and women on the island of Maui, and the Pacific Northwest. While these programs have an emphasis on surfing and girls, we hope to explore and expand our learning and recreational reach to offer a variety of outdoor educational programs for all genders as we mature into the future. ALL ARE WE!

Kelly Potts: Pro Surfer and Mentor
Kelly moved to Maui when she was 14 years old, and, having been an avid athlete her whole life, took up surfing. By 18, Kelly started her career as a professional surfer, and has been surf coaching ever since.
In 2010, Kelly hosted her first free surfing clinic, Maui Women's Surfing Retreat, in hopes to bring together local women who suffered a traumatic experience learning how to surf for their first time, and provide them with a safe, comfortable and positive surf-learning environment to break past their fears. She witnessed a new kind of community come to life - a supportive female surfing community. She has provided the event every year since.
From that event spawned free Kelly Clinics for local teen girls of Maui, and, in 2016, a reconnection with her Pacific Northwestern roots, providing free Indigenous Surfer Girls Retreats for girls and women of the Makah Tribe, Tolowa Dee-ni’ Nation, and Confederated Tribe of Siletz Indians.
Kelly broke through the barriers of being a female in a male dominated industry, and finds her passion in giving back to communities.
